One of the finest businesses I have ever had the privilege to work with. And it’s hard to say businesses as I feel like they are family since the early 1990s. I have been a customer. They have helped me through lost cards, hacking, and a few other things that would’ve been devastating. Had they not been so supporting. I’ve moved several times since opening the account, but I’ve always kept the bank because they’re really worth it.

This app has made online banking so useful and simple to use. Living in a rural community it’s nice to be able to send money to family in friends when helping eachother out or getting help with pickups of items! It also show purchases fast enough that I can stay on budget.

The app does what a banking app does and I was excited when I could start depositing checks through the app..except this app might be the worst I have ever used for depositing checks. Probably 20% are denied but even when it says denied some of them actually go through and then you deposit it and get a nasty gram for depositing it twice. I have 4 other banking apps and this is unique to this bank. I have given up using it for now. Maybe I’ll give it another go in a few months and see if they make any improvements. Till then it’s a basic app with very basic functions

I am new to the Long Beach Peninsula. Needed a local bank. Chose BoP because all of their employees at the Long Beach office are gracious, helpful, and very knowledgeable. They provide services with a smile. Rare these days. There ATM, online service, Zelle, and mobile services work flawlessly.I highly recommend Bank of the Pacific for your personal banking needs.
