It worked just fine to me. Neither lag nor app shot down was happened to me.

Simple and intuitive interface. Has an English option if you’re not local, which is a big plus. Only wish that the entire interface and notifications also had English text. It would have been nice to choose language immediately when the app is launched after installation and not hidden in the settings. It is my problem and fault that I don’t read Chinese well, but it would help a lot for visitors and foreigners that aren’t great at Chinese, to have a slightly better bilingual option. I use the app frequently and the choice of taxis and drivers provided are of great quality. Also happy that there is an option to pay cash rather than with a credit card. Overall a good app! Recommended!

Update: would be great if you will enable one to edit the location once found via gps on map. It’s often slightly off and make for a messy pickup experience. I really like this app. It helped me to travel around in Kaohsiung with friends. Loved that it maps my location without having me enter it as I don’t know Chinese and entering the address would be a problem. Cabs often arrive within five minutes. For somereason the app wouldn’t let me default to cash payment. I had to use Apply Pay. Also wish it had ability to edit drop-off location. The time of the cab’s arrival also didn’t work for me. I had to gauge according to their distance in the map. Overall, it was super helpful.

Relatively convenient and cars come quickly. Easy to identify when cars arrive and which car it is.Can see where taxi is before coming and route the taxi took.Bug:The past ride history receipt sometime is inaccurate in the App. Maybe the taxi driver entered in wrong information since it is not automated. For example my taxi fare is 190 but receipt show over 1000. Or fare was 200 but it shows as only 5. It is not possible to rely on the App receipts as it may be wrong and you only can know the price after you exit the taxi, so I have to ask for printed receipts after every ride.
