App can’t retrieve anything from the database. It was fine at first, I would just take like 5 minutes to open each page. Now you can wait for about 15 minutes per page, it will not load. It will continue saying ‘cannot retrieve data from database’. It’s a useless app, it’s only function is to take up storage on my phone. Which is quite a shame because I use the website daily without issues.

Two major flaws that make this unusable for me: templates don't ever load for me when I click on them, and the lack of any ability to view a lead in progress. Therefore, when the app freezes after I try to use a template, as it has every time, and I have to close it, the lead I was trying to answer is now gone. Why can't our templates be in a drop down menu as opposed to pictures? I appreciate them creating this, but so far it's almost useless for me.I was really excited for this app, but I will be sticking to my saved templates in Evernote and copy and paste.

Needs updated for force closes when checking new leads and dimensions fix for plus. Ty

Since I did the update on 12/15/17, my leads are not coming through like they should! This is causing my response time to drop. Is there something that can be done to fix this please?!
