This app does not work the customized filters correctly. In Suggestions all are entry level, sales. I received emails a week to 3 weeks later after publishing the position. Most of your published position are confidential and do not have the income rank nor the compensation package. Needs an urgent update, otherwise other apps such as LinkedIn, glassdoor, Indeed will take you out of the market; specially during this Global situation, where most of the people are working remotely or looking online.

I’ve been searching for a position within the industry of biotech, computer tech, medicine and others, such as program manager, software developer, ux designer, data management and so on. I’ve an extensive list of accomplishments both academically and professionally. My resume is not short from showcasing these and still…I don’t land even a single interview. Oftentimes the positions you applied to get “expired” or “closed” and when I say often I mean three out of five vacants.In my personal experience, this is not the app to search for a high profile position. This might be for people looking for entry jobs. People with no more than two years of professional experience in their fields.The worst job-seeking app I’ve ever used. Waste of my time.

As platform to reach employers is helping to get the feet at the door, however, employers seems to miss the ability to notify when a profile is not going to be considered which is on my opinion critical. Also provide the ability to a applicant to un-apply for a job.
