Why did you make it impossible to link two separate accounts. My wife and I have separate accounts and we do not have any shared accounts. We used to have our checking accounts linked so transfers could be made when needed. You changed it and we have been forced to adapt. We have thought about leaving but for now we’re staying. We feel customer service has been sacrificed to make your jobs easier and while it works in the short run it is a bad strategy.

App is user friendly;however, it takes for ever for payment to be sent to companies. I have used online banking for other banks and the payments are removed and sent directly which makes it easier to track spending. Through westconsin, the payment is in pending payments for a little while and then goes through the process of being mailed. During the process of the bank mailing out paper checks, it is no longer in the pending payments and the money has not been removed from the account and makes it very difficult to track which makes it necessary to keep a paper budget as well to track spending. If payments were electronically sent to companies, I would give the app and bank a higher rating.
Newest update is horrible! Lacks visual organization

This newest update as of late April, 2020 is a major down grade with the account transactions user interface! I have used this app since it’s launch and have always thought it was high quality. The newest changes made to the account transactions user interface completely lack organization. Previously, transactions were clearly organized by date and “pending” with light green bars separating groups by date. This update is continuous scroll of ALL transactions, differentiating them by the use of bold or italic fonts. It use to be easy to glance at and see my money move. This is very aesthetically displeasing and requires more time to see and understand which transactions have processed and when.Please bring back some visual organization to the account transactions user interface!!! Please.

(Without even nothing lunching into a frenzy about the glitches and problems of this app which nobody will have time to read because that's how poorly it is developed and set up for users......) I have notifications TURNED OFF. There is only an option for push notifications, nothing for in-app. (I tried turning on push to see if I could disable what I never turned on to begin with, and it was all already off.) I opened my account on Friday and now Sunday morning I just woke up with a big red number 2 at the bottom of my screen and I've tried EVERYTHING. I cannot close or delete them. I cannot make the red dot and 2 go away. It is well documented that people with OCD like myself have severe issues when unable to clear notifications on their cellular devices. Those who do not understand this urge will laugh but it is detrimental to the mental health of those of us who notice such things. I am going to call immediately tomorrow and if there is no quick and permanent solution given to me by staff I will be closing my bank account and finding another institution BECAUSE OF NOTIFICATIONS??? This should be an immediate non-issue, not my biggest issue. My first notification came 20 hours after I had already performed an action- I transferred money from my savings into my checking because I balanced my bills wrong and needed a bit more- the notification was explaining to me how to do this action despite already having performed it. Then the second notification was about college kids being able to get a grant and the window closing for the application. I AM NOT A COLLEGE KID. Both of these were 100% irrelevant to me and NOW I CANNOT GET THEM TO GO AWAY. This is so absolutely unacceptable. I have SCOURED the app. Even if I am somehow missing a buried setting, NOT BEING HARASSED BY YOUR BANK WITH ENDLESS NOTIFICATIONS THAT I HAVE DISABLED AND CANNOT DELETE IS AN EGREGIOUS ERROR FOR WESTCONSIN. You are a bank, not Zuckerberg. You are not here to ruin my life you are here and being PAID to simplify it. Absolutely shame on you, Westconsin. Let your customers DECIDE HOW THEY ARE CONTACTED ON THEIR OWN PERSONAL DEVICES.
