When you go into the reviews on the app for almost every item, there are loads and loads of fake reviews in different languages. How do I know they’re fake ? When you translate it, it almost always has nothing to do with the actual product. I bought a dress over two weeks ago and when it arrived it was nothing like what I expected. I gave them my size and everything and it still came too baggy, too long. The zipper came broken and I have been trying to reach out but nobody has responded yet. I tried to call the customer service number they provide but when it answers it’s an automated voice saying I have to pay to connect with them. Do not buy anything from this site. I repeat, it’s a scam.***update*** after multiple messages to customer service with pictures provided, I get a call late at night from China and a woman answered. She started to tell me at first that she liked how the dress looked on me and she saw nothing wrong with it. The pictures I sent showed something clearly wrong with the dress. I ignored her saying I just want my money back (politely) and she countered by telling me again that they can only do return and exchange to which I said “but don’t you have to pay to ship it back??” And she said yes. IM NOT GONNA PAY TO SEND BACK A MISTAKE JUST TO GET ANOTHER MISTAKE IN RETURN. I was persistent and she said the best she could do is give me 40% of what I paid, NOT INCLUDING THE EXPENSIVE SHIPPING AND OTHER FEES. I would only be getting 5 bucks. Smh. We ended the conversation with her agreeing to see what she could do about a better refund. Guess we will wait and see. Severely infuriated. Will update again.

I gave this company a try since it looked like it had cute items. I just wanted the items for my trip that was four weeks away. I figured I had plenty of time. My cart had over 15 items and my total was over $100 only to find out I would have to pay $25 for shipping! Like I said I wanted cute things so I placed the order to get it fast. I went on my trip and never received any of my items and the tracking system they have is a joke! It’s not through the company!!! I came back from my trip to finally get the items, the dresses are ripped and the others have strings hanging off!! Poorly made, not to mention the Jewelry is trash!! I got a pair of earrings with one earring ! Necklace that was bent so I never wore anything!! I tried to return items but the customer has to pay for it outta pocket and they must receive the items within 14 days!!! It’s a joke!!! It took 6 weeks got my items to get to me but I have to pay to return them and make sure it’s within 14 days!!! Like I said WORST PLACE TO SHOP ONLINE SO DONT DO IT!!!

This company is completely a scam artist who steals other people pictures and post them as their own Selling merchandise. That does not look like the picture. I ordered a green fur coat in a large and I did not get the large and when I got the coat it look like a dusty robe they refuse to let me return the coat. I tried to reach out to them the day I received the coat and they said is no way for them to send me a label. I will have to return it on my own pay for shipping the only thing they offer was to give me 20% back and I have to pay for a coat that I have to throw away because it’s not wearable do not shop with them. Customer service is terrible. The product look very cheap. Look like someone spent five dollars on it from a thrift store.

The so called “customer service” couldn’t be any worst if they tried. The “call us” phone numbers, aren’t even real functional numbers and once you do find the one working number listed on the screen for your orders, it’s a clueless agent who directs you to a different number that’s entirely computer generated and entirely unhelpful. I have been waiting for weeks and still no package and no capable soul available to help me at all. I am warning any unknowing shopper looking for any sort of help within a company, run away from this and save yourself money and a massive headache. Literally this company and it’s incompetence has given me a freaking headache 👎👎👎😡
