Advanced Air Approvals is part of the Advanced Air application suite. Advanced Air Approvals enables managers to approve (or reject) requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, journals and other transactions from their smartphones and tablets. Managers can quickly and easily approve transactions when away from their desks, reducing delays, improving business processes & enabling prompt purchase of goods and payment of invoices.

Search - Entering text into the search field on the Approvals page now applies to the approval category pages, when you open an approval category only the items that match that text will be listed.
Advanced Financials/e5 trial mode - Examples of approval items available with Advanced Financials and e5 are available using a new trial mode. Download the app, enter TRIAL2 into the username field and a 4-character password. Tap Register, re-enter the password, tap 'Log in'.

Air Approvals 20.2 introduces usability improvements:
· The Approve and Reject buttons will remain visible when you scroll down to view the transaction details, removing the need to scroll back up to the top of the page to approve or reject.
· On all list pages and the transaction details page tapping the page header scrolls the page back to the top.
· Messages have been updated to provide more meaningful information.

Air Approvals 20.1 introduces the ability to view documents, images and notes attached to approval items within the app. This new feature is only available in conjunction with specific releases of supported Advanced Financial Management System products as they become available in the future. More information is available from Advanced directly. Pre-existing Air Approvals features remain unchanged and compatible with all Advanced Financial Management System products supported by the previous version of the app.

New features have been added in Air Approvals version 19.2 to make it easier to identify when new items require your approval through Background Fetch and a Local Notification is issued to the user one the fetch is successful and we have a new approval item.
Please Note: Background fetch is not scheduled at a specific interval but will scheduled by iOS based on the usage of the application.
