Banck supports scanning Taiwan E-Invoice(Receipt) from v1.3!
The iOS version of Banck supports fully functional offline usage. You can add your expense anytime even when having poor Internet connection or using airplane mode abroad. We will synchronize your data to our cloud service when available.

Only had it for a day but its just what I was looking for to keep track of where all my money goes. You can create your own "expense" and "income" categories which is awesome
