The app caught a bug and submitted my delivery to the wrong receiving point. Not only I wasn’t able to change that ASAP, but also I had to wait for 2 weeks to get my money back! FYI, the mistakenly chosen delivery point wasn’t in my list (it’s not even in my city!!). I’ve had a delivery there once and removed it from my account right away. The support is unreachable. No phone number, messenger or anything. Just a bot. A thought the bot wrote that I’ll be forwarded to a specialist, I’m still not sure I talked to a real person (everyone sounded like a bot, really). Replies by a template once in an hour is not a quality support. For now I have no idea where my money are, when I’ll be able to get them back to make a new order instead and what to do with another similar order. Special thanks to the guys who decided to leave the online payment at the moment if the ordering only. Just thanks.

I had a problem with the app changing the self pickup point without asking. Considering I had once ordered something to a wrong place, I then checked that all the wrong points were deleted in my preferences. It was a nasty surprise to find that it deleted my preferred point and added another one. So the money was withdrawn from my account, although I canceled the order right away, and I’m still waiting to get it back.
