Choose receptive (the client hears the word from you and touches the picture), expressive (the client names what's shown) or matching, pick a concept set — vehicles, animals, clothing, emotions and 13 more, or your own — and a field of 3, 6 or 9. With the device facing you, tap the target; turn it to the client; they answer. Discrete-trial rules run by themselves (mass trial → random rotation → mastered), with forced prompts, corrections, skip and end-any-time. Every trial is saved to the data sheet you chose, with your name as recorder. No printing, laminating or carrying cards. Available on every plan with the platform sets. NEW · Picture Library (Home) Search any card, see which concept it belongs to, and tap "thumbs down" on a picture that doesn't represent the concept — it's swapped and the library improves for everyone. TC Family adds your own concept sets (they sync to the program's targets) and printing any set as letter/legal cards. Organizations: run your clinic in one place — a shared client pool, per-client sharing, targeted access grants, and organization caseloads. AI treatment plans, rebuilt: see your monthly plan meter at a glance, build plans on the progress reports you choose, and get step-by-step protocols from Dr. Q's real practice plus suggested lessons — then add them to the client's program list in one tap. Pin what matters: "Move up" floats your priority programs to the top of Programs & Goals and My Day. A new recommendations card helps you pick the next programs for each child, and adult coaching gains attainment goals you set with your client — rate progress together and track weekly check-ins. Plus stability and interface improvements across all five languages.

Three things in this release, and all of them are about working with other people. NEW · Organizations Set your practice up as an organization and invite your therapists — they can be on any plan, free included. Everyone then works from one shared client list instead of passing profiles around one at a time, and you choose which groups each person sees. You can run more than one organization and switch between them with a tap. Organizations now sits right on the home menu instead of hiding behind a menu, and an invitation from a colleague opens straight to the console. Included with PRO. NEW · Team access One screen that answers "who can open my clients?" — every colleague with access, in a single list. Remove someone completely when they leave the practice, hand a client over to another clinician, or step out of a team yourself. Pending invitations can be cancelled from the same place. IMPROVED · Charts you can actually read Drag your finger across a program's accuracy chart to read any single session — the date and the percentage appear right where your finger is. Program and behavior graphs now label both axes. Also in this release: profiles left without an owner can be claimed, team lists show real names instead of usernames, and client photos load faster and more reliably.

NEW · Developmental check • A free, anonymous 3-minute check for ages 6 months to 5 years, based on widely used developmental milestones. • Educational, not a diagnosis: you get a clear recommendation — on track, worth watching closely, or worth a professional evaluation — with the published research behind it. • Nothing personal is asked or stored, and it now runs in all five app languages: English, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian and French. NEW · Adult autism coaching • Dr. Q's one-on-one program now has a home in the app: what the program is, how to ask for information, and a progress portal for enrolled clients. • Set goals that matter to you, rate them on a five-level ladder, and log a weekly check-in with an if-then plan for the week ahead. • Progress reads as consistency over the last four weeks — never as a streak you can break — and low-capacity weeks don't count against you. IMPROVED • Copy or move a client to another caseload is now a visible button on every client row and on the client's own screen, available to any member of that client's team. • More consistent colors and PDF exports throughout, plus stability fixes.

FIXED - Mastery suggestions in Random Rotation are now precise: the "Mastery reached!" prompt appears only after two consecutive sessions at 80% or higher recorded within the current rotation stage. The Mass Trial session that promoted the target no longer counts, so the prompt shows up exactly when it's earned. NEW - Data sheets for everyone: create additional collection sheets (like Generalization or Maintenance) in any program — now included on every plan, including free. Teaching stages come to your data sheets: - Mass Trial & Random Rotation — mark a target's stage and the app tracks it, prompting you when it's time to advance.
