Easy to use, intuitive. Responsive, has number of options that other competitors don’t have. For example, I can check the status of my loans straight in the app.

Lately, the app is just total garbage.It takes minutes to load a preview and few minutes to execute an action!Please, resolve those performance issues and improve the speed of response to the customers’ needs/requests. It should be a user friendly and easy to use app, if it can’t be then let’s go back to the cashiers desks! It doesn’t save much time lately!
Unannounced incompatibility of the new version (ver4.7) of DSK Smart with iOS ver12.5.5!

Version 4.7 of DSK Smart unexpectedly stopped working on older iOS devices, which cannot be upgraded to a higher version of iOS than 12.5.5! This means unnecessary expenditures for the customers to buy newer apple devices, that cost A LOT OF MONEY! Moreover there was no notification or warning about this change, which left a lot of customers in the dark! Please make DSK Direct compatible with iOS 12.5.5!!
