Automatic debit does not work. There is absolutely no support from the developers or company on the resolution of this service. There is also no notification or payment no fulfilled and no use of the backup payment cards. As soon as they can’t process the payment, they automatically cancel your health plan. Worst company if you want assistance.

The app does not load all content. I’m also trying to do a virtual car inspection, for which I have instructions from the company, but there is not way to get to the correct page.
