I have been using this app for many many yearsI tried a ton of the recording apps before picking this one, and found this to be the best by far. I have the pro version and it's awesome 😎This app is regularly updated and if you have an issue you can contact their support by emailing from a link in the app. They also have an in app manual on how to use itIt takes some getting used to how to navigate the app but once you learn it, it's really great. Things I like. I like the widget so I can swipe from the top of the screen to start a quick recording. There are many settings to choose. I like that I can make folders or playlists so I can stay organized. I also upload sometimes to iCloud Drive with this app so I can access it on my mac or iPad. You can record while tapping the sleep button so the screen is black to save battery. Also if you need to take a photo while recording make sure to use the in app camera so you don't lose the recording. This app has a camera button so you can take a photo using this recording app. Make sure you don't use the built in camera while recording. I have been using this on my iPhone XS Max,and my iPad mini 2nd gen and both work great. I have iOS 12 installed on both devices. I will be using it on my new iPhone 11. I can rename my recordings right after I hit stop and you can even trim a recording or I believe merge recordings but I haven't tried that one yet. So happy with this app🤗

Love this app. Whether recording simple notes on my iPhone or recording a lav mic during an interview it nevet fails. Lots of formats and qualities to choose from. Love that I can just AirDrop files to my MacBook Pro or share them via iCloud. I use old iPhones as pocket recorders together with a lav - screen lock under recording makes it idiot proof. Well thought out and well done. Dan D.

This is a great app"I use it all the time for field recording.It works great with voiceover, and has many awesome features.The one thing I wish they would fix is voiceover speech is routed through the ear peace rather than the speaker. Not a deal breaker for all the features it offers makes up for it.
Good on phone, not the best on the watch

This app is good on the phone. It is now my primary recording app for mobile because it is so customizable. I just wish the same for the app on the watch. I want to be able to change the input volume of the microphone, to record in mp3, to change bit rate and sampling rate, just preety much more features in the settings.
