It’s easy to start taking inventory but there are a few hang ups preventing it from perfection. I’m currently using it for my expensive collectibles and it’s sorely missing a few features. It only allows 1 photo of each item outside of a receipt photo. For me to get the full value of an item, I need to document multiple angles to prove it’s condition during an insurance claim. Also, the ability to place notes under each photo separately would help. If you want to be extremely thorough, a regular old spreadsheet might be better. Hopefully they update the app to cater to more than just home owners.

We’ve been using Encircle for over a year. The app has a lot of features which we count on to document our jobs on a daily basis. General notes and room notes are set up in such a way that you can tie pictures and videos to specific things, which is awesome. Being able to move pictures from one part of a job to another from the computer is also very handy if a tech makes a mistake. Hydro has made psychometric readings easier and the final reports look great. The people who work at Encircle are responsive and interested in making their product better.Wishlist: 1) the ability to re-organize room notes like you’re able to re-organize general notes when you run your final Encircle report. 2)The ability to move photos from one job to another while still retaining the timestamps.

Encircle has been a life saver for our business. Thankfully, they have introduced new programs such as Hydro and the content app. I would like to see some things built out more. The number one thing every construction/restoration company needs that is never thought about is a working job calendar. It’s a whole new addition, so right now I am just looking forward to one being added hopefully in the future. Something similar to Google Calendar would be fine, or integration with Google calendar. The documents signing has also saved me a headache and money in paper. By being able to text and email docs to be signed on phone, laptop or computer with ease, love this system.

I introduced my company to this app and everyone loves it. I am really hoping to see a couple of features added. I would like the ability to create a such and add people on it. I would also like to be able to tag someone in a note and have it notify them. It would be so helpful. In addition, if I could automatically tag a coworker when mitigation is completed so they can start the rebuild process that would be awesome. And possibly an AI feature that automatically inserts information for non salvage contents. Overall this app is a time saver and has been well built.
