I’m new to the Paola area and I needed to choose a bank that offered lots of services. First Option Bank not only does that, but the personnel are very helpful and professional. I highly recommend them.
Hard to use

There was no training or even notice that this app was being updated and launched which has always bothered me because I didn’t and don’t feel supported by the bank. Transfers are annoying as you have to note the toe every time. Also having to deselect the first five transfers is also annoying. The app crashes about once a month as well.
Crashes and locks you out all the time

You advertise the app has been updated and you can now use thumb print id. Except over HALF the time it doesn’t work. So then when you try to enter password it tells you it’s invalid and locks you out. The app is unavailable several times a day it’s ridiculous. If you have an app and advertise its mobile friendly make sure it works. This prolly 4th time in a 2 week time I’ve been locked out due to glitches and error. It’s getting old.
