So the reason why I downloaded this APP was because they claim that they have “the best online shipping prices” when in fact they charge you the same shipping rate and everything same as Amazon...the thing that really got me heated was when I asked for a refund or requested to cancel my order, I notified them a few hours after I made my purchase...(I requested it since my order was still processing ,if it went through then I wouldn’t have even bothered to cancel it) But they emailed back saying that they would get back to me....well they didn’t instead I received an email 2 days later saying that my order has been complete and is shipping off to me...wish that the situation was handled better and I also wish that they made cancelling our orders much easier since we can’t do it within the app we have to email them. I read the one star reviews but I didn’t really pay attention to them since I know there’s some fake reviews out there ...but I am talking from experience! This is my first and last time to use this APP!!! Very disappointed in how they handled it and very misleading!

Don't order! Not reliable at all!!Called too many times to ask about the shipment after it passed the shipment timeframe and the call center knows nothing about the status of the shipment! After few days of trying I got an answer that it will be delivered on that same day but it didn't arrive! Called them again and again but no answer at all and they have no idea about the status of the order! I tried the app chat option they told me they can't do anything about it! No one followed up my case and simply they just didn't care! And I'm still waiting for that stupid order! Guys don't bother ordering it's really not reliable or trusted! After getting the order it turned out it's used and defected and registered to someone else at the manufacturer service website! They told me it's defected and it can't be fixed! How did Ubuy sold me something used without mentioning or highlight the status of the item (it was marked as new) and how they sold me something defected? It's 110% not reliable Now I'm waiting for their answer I've calling for the past couple of days with no luck! I think I will take a legal action if it takes few more days longer

I would like to announce About The shipping fee And the (Shipping,& handling) And i would like to add the (clearance), Fr. why is the shipping And handling Costs 2x of the order half Also the clearance Must Not be included In the order, many companies Hasn’t Included The clearance.I'm so confused How would you Add a 10x money For the reason, Even the bad company doesn’t even Do that, Please go fix your fees. Its an scam to include 15x of the money. To be honest I really really expected better prices for the item That i would like to order, Some items Are sold to the fair Price.
