1. Everytime you launch the app, you are told to update the appto the latest version, although you are using the latest version. You are forced to visit the app store before using the app feature. 2. You have to enter your mobile number each time you access the app to check usage. Please let the app remember your mobile number unless the user doesn't want to.

At the CU mart, the prepaid receipt in the little book they have with the cashier, the PIN has to be entered into the as shown below. The example and entry field in the app is wrong.Receipt # input: 123-1234-123-1It’s crazy this hasn’t been fixed for over 5 years.

Please stop asking me to update when there is no update...Seems like it's just a mobile version of their web interface, which isn't necessarily bad - it's functional. But the app sends me to the AppStore to update every time I open it. Extremely annoying. Especially considering that opening the App Store to that app's page uses up my data!

Same as other reviewers, no update but notification to go AppStore..And can't store the phone number even I'm registered on their web site, so have to enter every time. Even there is no login feature, which the app looks like their mobile site.
