I have been playing this game for over 2 years been fun. Now you have a bunch of crooks operating your games. I had several Billions of coins. I have reached Ruby in playing your games. It took a lots of money to reach this status. You promise to give Bonuses for reaching this status I received since reaching this status your scattered are awfulcan never get but 2 scatters and3 Sometimes.This is so unfair to your players. I always purchase your biggest package. There are players with billions of coins .How did they get there? I play faithfully everyday and is watching your technician rigged my game and give me no coins or 2 Scatters with no points this is so unfair. I have been to support watch him erase my message Crooks . You need to correct this unprofessional ethics of your Technicans . Please because they have been erasing. My Messages. I would like to have better payoff for my money

I have this slot app. I spend hours playing the games on this app because they are fun. I do , however get very disgusted with the site conveniently going down when I’m playing tournaments to win more credits .i will get a free spin winning a million or more, then site goes down and when it comes back up my points are gone. This has happened numerous times. My other complaint is the free 200,000 coins after watching a video doesn’t come up when I tap on it even though I haven’t reached my daily limit of them. I also think the free tournament wins should be more bc the minimum play amount on most games is so high that even if u place in a free tournament it’s not enough to play on . After two spins u have used all your credits u won !I wrote this review mos sho. Now I have another complaint. I’ve paid 500,000 $ to play the 10X Diamond tournament and both times it took my money but fsiledyonlad the game. Plz reimburse me the million I paid to play

While offering machines which can be found in actual casinos, the gameplay is terrible. You are more apt to win while playing them in a casino than you are within this app. Not that I think the experience is meant to be unrealistic insofar as you winning vast amounts of “chips” with every spin, but when the only increase in chips occurs when you are collecting the daily and hourly bonuses… the incentive to continue play rapidly dwindles. The “Pick Your Fortune” and other similar challenges are a joke. These challenges fail out typically without any winning chips or advancements occurring. But, hey! They’re more than happy to jam 58 different ways to buy chips in your face when you login and when you ultimately lose the challenges. As if purchasing chips will be high priority when the losses happen so quickly. Why waste money on transactions when it’s clear that enjoyable gameplay will not be had? You’d be FAR better off throwing your money away in a real casino playing an actual AGS machine… you’d be able to play for a longer period of time than you would in this app.

Keep an eye on the people winning almost all the games, they are all the same ones, ringers so game don't have to pay off, and takes everyone else's points, so they can get us to buy more points, just sayin. Come on I just spent 10,000,000 points on your royal reels game and got a score of less than 100,000 that is a shame the same people keep getting the big scores, and winning the tournaments, it looks like I'm not the only one who has noticed that you are not being up front with your tournaments, please put this review in your reviews of your games so people will know who and what they are dealing with if you dare, tournament with the little kids on coins never give anything but the purple or green I don't think there are any red or blue on there to win and if there aren't that is cheating, played for a long long time never seen anything but purple kid or green kid and no bonuses anymore, you appear to be unethical, greedy , and unfair....I just played fire wolf and on the last spin I got the three bonus but I did not get my free spins, I might have won with those free spins make this right, right now...
