„Czas Kultury” jest pismem społeczno-kulturalnym, stawiającym sobie za cel krytyczną analizę i wartościującą prezentację nowych zjawisk w świecie współczesnej kultury na tle przemian społecznych. „Czas Kultury” wydawany jest od 1985 roku.
