Greetings and hello, hope who’s reading this review is in great health and spirits. Recently I moved out of an apartment (and into my car) that was destroying my mental health because of malicious neighbors (much more than just nosy.. spying on me and filming me..). Also, WiFi was included in my rent- but come to find out that they were tracking my every move on the internet (asked if I could get my own internet installed but was denied). As I have been sick/disabled with anxiety and depression for 6 months, the last thing I need(ed) is for hackers and snoopers to try and steal the now very limited things that I even have left. It’s not paranoia! Recently spoke with numerous honest folk, and they are also concerned about the huge uptick in phishing text messages and emails too. With everything I have- I am fighting to return to the workforce as a Vanlife photographer/artist/author/influencer/grill-cheese-seller. Also I am in battle with my own mental disabilities and fighting poverty (I am impoverished). I’ve been using Trend Micro Mobile Security for a while now, and it’s truly been a game-changer for my phone’s security and privacy. The app runs so smoothly that I barely notice it’s there, but the peace of mind it provides is huge. I have 2 devices on Trend Micro Mobile Security. They were both purchased through the APP Store. They were both on monthly automatic subscription renewal. In late February one of them did not renew. I have contacted the Trend Micro people and, though they have been very nice and tried to help, they have been unable to fix the problem. The device still tells me that my subscription has expired and that I have to renew it. I have tried to renew it on the APP website multiple times without success. The second subscription for the identical software on my second device still works fine and I love it. I always give it a 5-star rating. I am worried about it though because it is scheduled to renew in about one week. As far as I can tell, and I confess that my knowledge and skill levels are low, I can’t remove the defective software from my system or account. It just sits there and interferes with my attempts to correct the situation.

I’ve been a satisfied and secured customer for well over a decade now ! Microsoft recommended Trend Micro for me long ago and Trend Micro has blocked unsafe websites, provided a VPN, and the App for text message security provides further protection. I’ve used the Maximum Security version and plan to upgrade soon as I’m planning to upgrade my old laptop. The advent of AI is changing the new laptops and other devices as well and it’s great to have a the Trend Micro security suite that is evolving with the introduction of the latest technology. It’s a great product for personal use and I’ve met several people in the corporate community who rely on Trend Micro for their networks. That’s a strong endorsement from users in the corporate sector that I’ve met over the years. Trend Micro offers a variety of top quality products that meet many security needs that users are looking for at pricing which makes the products an excellent value.
