If I could do 0 stars, I would. The new update is horrible with all the extra fields being applied when we don’t use them all. We are a busy office and don’t have time deselect all the unnecessary fields. You could put a feature on there to save our preferences if others need to have these fields. Please fix this so we can get back to proficientancy. After investigating, we did find where to do preferences and save them, so we are back to normal. I’m changing my starts to 4.

The difference between add text and edit text seems unnecessary. I also wish there was an option for editing the text that doesn’t make it italicized and unable to transfer over to subsequent notes if needed. Why are there different ways to edit, for example, morphology but one is italic and one is not? Doesn’t seem productive.I would like if we’re able to change a bunch of procedures at once. Example, my MA uses a prepopulated template for destruction of milia. If I didn’t use numbing, but it was already in the prepopulated template, I need to go back into every individual lesion and remove anesthesia. It’s extremely time consuming. I also wish we could toggle between free texting an rx sig and having a structured input (I know Athena has this option) it makes it less confusing when sending to the pharmacy. Athena also has the ability for insurance estimate of each script. Is it possible to add this to EzDerm? Very helpful.

Great app. Came back 2 years later to say it would be perfect if you could add multiple photos into a patient chart instead of one single photo at a time.
Needs to be more efficient

Our practice uses this app, so I’ve been using it for over a year. It has some pretty good features, but when it gets past 3 assessment & plans, IT GETS SO SLOW. It’s such a pain when doing a full body check or having to add in a procedure because it takes forever to load. My MAs always curse me when I have to add in more. Lol. The other thing is only allows one photo at a time. PLEASE UPDATE WHERE YOU CAN ADD MORE THAN ONE AT A TIME 🙏🏽. Even if it was limited to 3 or 5 at a time. That would make documentation so much more efficient.
