If I could do 0 stars, I would. The new update is horrible with all the extra fields being applied when we don’t use them all. We are a busy office and don’t have time deselect all the unnecessary fields. You could put a feature on there to save our preferences if others need to have these fields. Please fix this so we can get back to proficientancy. After investigating, we did find where to do preferences and save them, so we are back to normal. I’m changing my starts to 4.

Great app. Came back 2 years later to say it would be perfect if you could add multiple photos into a patient chart instead of one single photo at a time.

Our practice uses this app, so I’ve been using it for over a year. It has some pretty good features, but when it gets past 3 assessment & plans, IT GETS SO SLOW. It’s such a pain when doing a full body check or having to add in a procedure because it takes forever to load. My MAs always curse me when I have to add in more. Lol. The other thing is only allows one photo at a time. PLEASE UPDATE WHERE YOU CAN ADD MORE THAN ONE AT A TIME 🙏🏽. Even if it was limited to 3 or 5 at a time. That would make documentation so much more efficient.

I have used multiple platforms, including MODMED, and I have to say.... EZDERM Is truly the best I have seen and used. From the training alone it was light years above anyone else. But the platform.... from always updating to what you need, to the user friendly body map. I wish I could give more stars. EZDERM is truly the way to go.
