I wish more K-Pop artists and companies made their own app for fans but this app is way too basic.1. There is no way to sync events of your favorite artists with the Calendar app. Why there is there isn’t a way to sync the events in the app with the Calendar app makes no sense. 2. Forcing you to go the website to buy products is insanity. You should be able to make purchases within the app instead of redirecting people to the website to make purchases3. The app should link with Apple Music so you can listen to songs and watch music videos within the appNote: this is a suggestion for SM themselves. Please make all your videos optimized for the iPhone 15 Pro Max. Only a few aespa songs are optimized for the larger screen and neither of the newest Music Videos are. Drama is but Supernova and Armageddon aren’t.Finally please stand up for your artists. Karina needing to apologize for being around a guy is just plain stupid. This giving the appearance that artists are available to the average fan is ridiculous. There’s literally zero chance that’s going to happen. I would never recommend a celeb of any kind to date a fan because fans can get obsessed and it can lead to serious harm for the celebrity. And just a simple Fun Fact. Why it couldn’t be used in China?mine showme some problem

I downloaded this app primarily to sync my lightsticks for concerts, but I was also excited about the calendar that allows you to see the schedule of every SM artist. The calendar had the wrong date for a concert I was attending and it was impossible to sync my Version 1 lightstick after trying many times. This greatly affected my enjoyment of the concert I attended recently. There was also no instruction concerning lightstick synchronization at the concert which is always available at concerts of HYBE artists. I hope that this app is improved and will contain a help section and a contact us section in the future so that these problems that affect fans can be resolved.

The app is still pretty bad at connecting your lightstick specifically the aespa one. It can find the light stick despite it being right next to it and to make matters worse I managed to someone how make it go through, but it wasn’t flashing the red and green colors like it said so I removed it and now it won’t even get to that screen again. Just create personal numbers for each lightstick so it can be entered manually.
