Awesome App - but has it gone bust?

I’ve loved using this app - it has really helped us keep spending and finances under control. However, with the recent update, I’ve been unable to restore the Premium Update I purchased, and I can’t even purchase the Premium Update again if I wanted to because its just greyed out. I have written to thier tech support both through thier website and via thier contact email without any response whatsoever, so I’m wondering if this app has gone bust. I can’t find any information saying anything of that nature, but no contact from tech support for that long? Its too bad. Now I feel really bad about all the people I talked into using it. :(

This is a great app it helps me keep my money organized, know how much I have and where it is and how I have spent it. I can look at graphs to check how I am spending my money and see all my transactions for the month. One down side is you cannot preview in the app the way you have spent over the past year, I think it's a big downside, however I hope they can make this change to improve the program. When you can see where your spending your money then you can also see where you need to make changes or when to transfer money to other accounts. One more down side is you can only work with one currency, so if you travel and use multiple currencies, you wouldn't be able to record that money, I hope they can also work on making a multi curreny accounts. I also think it would be nice for them to add more icon options for categories. Overall, it is a very nice program. They just need to work on a few things but is worth it.

One issue I’ve been noticing is this weird bug that sort of round number’s if you make edits. For instance, if I’m adding an expense from 3 days ago and I click the date to adjust it from today to 3 days ago, whatever the amount I’ve entered for the expense is rounded. I love that it’s completely local, relatively simple, and has solid report features (in-app purchase). It would be nice generally speaking if I buy an app on my mac that the iphone app is free, I get it’s a business but let’s not be greedy.One of my biggest pet peeves is there is no alternative views for the top calendars. I open it I want to see a current reflexion of my accounts vs an end of the month view of my accounts sometimes, I should be able to alternate this freely. It confuses me sometimes when I’m seeing my accounts over spent and it’s really not.Anyway good job with this app, let’s make it better now.

Very nice application, a little unorthodox. It would be nice if there was some instructions on what is going on, example: After entering a recurring entry, there is noway to know if you need to manually enter your selection or if it will be automatic. It is automatic, but you have no indication when it makes the entry. There is no sign or noise or any movement or notification the entry has been completed.It takes awhile to get use to the way it works, since it is different from all other double entry bookkeeping methods I have used. It does have a nice reporting system. The program is lacking in some fundamental ways. But it's wotth what you have to pay for it.Don't expect to get any support. I wrote two times asking questions and never got a response. I just had to figure our for myself what problem's I was having.
