Minor Tweaks for OS X 10.9 Mavericks

• Display the status of Dropbox Backups in terms of Current, Newer and Older relative to changes in the open database. • Split the Dropbox Utility menu in two: Download From and Backup To which allow you to download without having a database open. • MIscellaneous UI tweaks and minor bug fixes.

• Added the ability to Backup and Download the database from Dropbox which greatly simplifies sharing it with AmmoBase on iOS. • Keeps track of the most recent modifications to the database and allows you to review them.
