Hello to whoever reads this, I started playing DoubleUCasino daily in 2011 on the second anniversary of duc yes almost since the very beginning! I’ve seen many changes over the years some I liked some I didn’t, however now with the current changes of a majority of the new games being rolled out are “HIGH LIMIT” games is making me want to quit after all these years, it saddens me to even think about it but I’m being squeezed out by the more expensive newer games and the older games are not paying out like they used to, I have bought many coin packages and won quite a few jackpots through the years but with the inflation and cost of everything going up this game is not a necessity, in order to keep my budget under control I’ll probably delete the app and keep playing the other online games I play which are much much more affordable, I know I’m not the only one feeling the pinch I have a feeling you will lose quite a good percentage of customers if you keep trending like this, not everyone that plays have a disposable income. Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to say what’s on my mind, my wish is that you take to heart what I’ve said and address my concerns.

The payouts are very low and the bonuses are frequent but unfulfilling. Like every other game u win a little and u spend the next hour trying to do it again. I use to hear good things but I think IGT bought this or something. Games are now similar to DoubleDown and they will take your money with no shame that they are fake chips. You believe you are winning when u get the minimum payouts frequently but they are slowly taking your chips as your bet is higher than their payouts. Playing long enough to see a pattern that when u buy chips you either are in the middle of the downturn and won’t win till you are at the end of your chips or if you win right away the downturn immediately begins again. I bought twice and both times felt it to be very monotonous and wrist straining trying to weather the downturn. Save your money and pay attention to what I wrote when u play. You will see what I mean. Update: The game is completely programmed based on time. It’s become a real challenge to win. I have never won a jackpot. When you win a big pot be weary with small wins. They are bleeding you dry to get it back. There is no back to back wins. I have to admit I love the games but they seem to eliminate benefits. My level is noble chairman which means I buy a lot. Use to reward you when your chips are low after a buy but now they eliminated it to only one reward. I emailed them twice, they did not respond. This is where you begin to wane yourself off the game when instead of rewarding you for being loyal they begin to take away benefits. So this is where I begin to do that. Good luck.

I absolutely love the games. Best of any other online casinos to date. It is just such a shame developers have chosen to make playing the games cost so much. You are forced to spin High instead of the lower bets. You can no longer choose how much you want to bet… the more chips you have, the more you are forced to bet. ie. I bought $200 worth of chips giving me almost a billion chips. I could bet $16K per spin, but if I wanted to increase my bet, the next option was $400K instead of $24K per spin. Before the recent change in rules, I could spin in increments of $16K, 24K, 32k, $48, ect…. You used to be able to change rooms/machines in a game that seemed to be going flat or not paying. Now, you are put in a room/machine and your stuck. You cannot choose a different machine. Leaving and going back to the game will not change the room/machine. I could go on and on… yes, I’m still playing the games, NO, I’m not spending money in this casino anymore. I used to average spending $200/month, sometimes more. I am currently looking into other casinos. It’s really sad because I’m 74 and my older sister and I used to spend hours on the phone playing. It WAS great fun.

When I got a new phone almost three years ago, I learned the hard way that there were steps I guess you had to take with your old phone to ensure your account would open on your new phone. I can't remember exactly what I didn't do or what I did wrong; but no matter what I tried on my new phone, it kept welcoming me as a new player needing to open a new account. I had somehow lost my entire account. Poof! Gone ... along with a sizable stockpile of chips it had taken me a year and a half, maybe longer, to build up. I was sick about it and so mad, I refused to open a new account and start over at zero. I probably should've contacted Customer Support ... they might've been able to help me. You know how that's next to impossible to do, tho ... you keep ending up back at FAQs, which of course does you no good. Maybe it's easier now than it was back then to actually contact a person. I don't know. Anyway ... I stayed away for almost three years ... I was that angry.Now I'm back. It's been about a week since I decided to give it another try. I wrote what I did above, so I could now write how absolutely amazed I am at how many games there are now, of all types and genres ... to meet pretty much anyone's preference. I was glad I was able to find some of my old favorites, though I had to scroll through dozens of other games to find them. That's how many new games have been added since I last played. Very impressive, for sure! I'm rating this app 5 stars on that alone, even tho it seems to gobble up my chips faster than I remember. LoL. As long as owner greed doesn't take center stage like many of the other casino apps, Double U will be my new go-to app for fun and good times. Keep up the great work and innovation Double U. It's good to be back. Time now to build up my stockpile again ... I hope.
