When I first started playing Jigsaw HD, I loved it. I was very pleased with its performance and puzzle choices. After I played for awhile and purchased several puzzle packs, the performance drastically went down hill on my iPad Pro. The lag was impossible when moving puzzle pieces. The movement was jerky, slow, and very frustrating. I have to close the app and reopen for the pieces to move properly, but that fix only lasts for a few minutes. I’ve also tried rebooting my iPad Pro, and again that only lasts for a little while. So in an hour of playtime, I have to continually do one or both of these actions to continue playing. It’s bad enough dealing with all the ads, but the poor performance on my iPad Pro is a show stopper. I have similar problems on an older iPhone, but the newer iPad Pro performance is even worse. I was actually getting ready to purchase the ad-free option, but that is no longer an option for me. I would delete this app on both of my devices if I had not purchased puzzles. I will try to play the ones I have, and then quit. I would also add, no other app displays poor performance on my devices like these puzzles. Had this not happened, I would have given it 5 stars. And I’ve researched this issue on your app, and I’m not the only one with this complaint. If you ever address and fix this option, I might reconsider my position. But as long as people have been reporting this issue, it should have already been addressed and fixed.
