Bad User Experience 🤦🏾♂️

The user experience is bad, the basic laws of UX have been violated(Hick's Law). Too many option on the main screen impacts the time taken for users including me to make a decision plus there is no informational architecture what so ever hence messy UI. User testing and launching the app piecemeal would have highlighted this issues way before releasing the app maybe the design strategy wasn't water proof.

I love the new loop app. Great work and it’s very attractive and user friendly. Please consider changing the ELL (L) logo to a loop icon like the one on the loop Visa card. And please consider changing the NCBA mobile banking app to be more appealing. It’s an attractive and boring. The color is very discouraging. The old app was better. Thanks
