These guys has some of the best customer service in the game. They respond very quickly compared to other brokers, and they provide you legitimate answers to your questions.The app is really good, even compared to the large brokerages. It’s so fast and smooth and doesn’t really crash at all. The UI layout is really well thought out as well.Fennel is really delivering amazingly, on all levels. I am excited to see what they grow in to when they expand their customer base and have more money to expand and improve their offerings and features

I have to say Fennel was easily the best brokerage out there at one point, however that has IMMENSELY changed in the last couple weeks. Fennel has now thrown their users under the bus and sided with corporate america and is even now illegally locking a good deal of their users’ accounts, including their funds. Myself, along with several of my friends and colleagues cannot even access their money and are locked out of this feature, right before Christmas when we need to buy xmas presents for our children and family members!! Not to mention my family depends on this income I make in my fennel accounts to pay everyday expenses, utilities, groceries, etc. Now we do not even know how we will buy food and pay our bills. My friends and colleagues who use fennel are now having to talk to lawyers about litigating against fennel to get access to our funds in our trading accounts. This is OUR money!! Yet Fennel believes they have the legal right to lock our money up and not allow any withdrawals until December 15th!!!WHATEVER YOU DO, AVOID THIS BROKERAGE OR YOU WILL HAVE TO GO THROUGH ALL THIS TURMOIL SOMEDAY ALSO!! CAN YOU IMAGINE BEING TOLD BY YOUR BROKERAGE YOU CAN’T HAVE ANY ACCESS TO YOUR MONEY FOR A FULL MONTH!?

this is a beautifully designed app that makes me feel like for the first time, i have all the data and metrics at the tip of my fingers, allowing me to make sure my investment decisions are informed and easy to make. this app is giving retail investors the knowledge and the power to make a change with their $$ by providing metrics, data and information that have been otherwise a pain to find and trust. I can finally understand the in and outs of a company all in one, user-friendly app before making a decision to invest in it — things like who sits on the board, what their policies on child labor are like, how the financials have failed. I think the best part in my opinion is that I can keep a pulse on past and upcoming shareholder votes and for ONCE understand what these votes are and what they mean in lay terms. awesome application, excited to dig in further!

Warning to anyone considering this app:I’ve had an awful experience with Fennel. There’s no customer service phone number, and all communication has to go through email — which leads nowhere. They control your wallet, and you can’t sell your positions due to their own restrictive policies.Even worse, they keep charging $13–$15 every month, and if you don’t pay, they threaten collections — even though my account is locked and I can’t access or close it. I’ve been trying for years to shut it down, but they always come up with excuses and delays.At this point, I’m still being billed for an account I can’t use. This company’s practices feel completely unethical and misleading. Be very careful before you sign up — it’s a trap.
