Sign up starts with your email and password. Your first and last name come on the next screen. The login screen matches sign up, and the keyboard opens faster when you tap the email field. The blue coach note on your home screen disappears after you open it. Your AI coach stays available on the home screen.

The list can be filtered by category and level: Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced, and Expert. Coaches who are allowed to edit these plans can open them and add a plan video. Other coaches’ private plans stay private. Saving an exercise keeps an existing video in place.
