The All Around Athlete application will allow you to simplify the monitoring of your personalized A3 sports program, exercise after exercise and repetition after repetition. For each workout, you will have access to all the exercises to do, with the needed details to realize them, with a way to track where you are in your training.
You will also be able to keep contact with your coach, thanks to the messaging service integrated into the app, or to follow your progression and evolution throughout time.
