“Cash-in” is very swift and transparent. I’m amazed why some people still choose to leave bad reviews. If your funds is stocked/on hold, it could only mean 3 things; 1. Are you probably verified? 2. Your bank/service provider network or blockchain network at that present time. Message support via WhatsApp - because it’s the fastest, be patience and they will fix it.3. Sometimes, if the money you are trying to withdraw exceeds your bank limit, it can also affect your smooth experience on the app. Message support, follow instruction, again be patient and your issue will be resolved.
