Super easy to setup and get my configs but now it won’t connect to my matrix and I can’t edit any of my configs

When I got my XIM matrix I had known that I needed this app but, be warned if fsr you can’t get this app you XIM won’t work. Super easy to work with but at first quite tricky and should come with some instructions. I’ve only tested the mouse and keyboard connection to Xbox (which works perfect 👌) I haven’t explored no recoil features or aim assist on mouse or any of that. If I try that stuff out I will come back and update the review. Also to edit mouse speed and keybinds is that line with a pencil and swipe to the left or right. Good luck with you XIM reader😁!

This whole thing is scam. Just trying it for the first time and as disabled person who was scammed by this service I feel an obligation to share my experience. Nothing actually works the app is no good. Everything is sketchy and not built in a way to help people with disabilities but instead to scam them. Even if you want to return the device there’s a re-stocking fees due to the high volume of returns so no matter what you do. They will take something from you. Don’t use this service.
Can’t update

It is a amazing app and easy to use but no way to update the xim through the app. I can’t afford a pc so this is highly inconvenient to me and should be changed please.
