Linearity Move is a motion design app for iPad and Mac that transforms static visuals into dynamic animations — fast, intuitive, and built for designers, marketers, and anyone who wants to create professional motion graphics without a steep learning curve.
Whether you're creating motion graphics for brand visuals, social media, explainer videos, or logo reveals, Move gives you everything you need to design, animate, and export — all in one motion design tool.
CREATE MOTION GRAPHICS EFFORTLESSLY
Turn vector art, illustrations, or text into expressive motion graphics in just a few steps. Start with artwork from Figma, Illustrator, Sketch, or Linearity Curve — Move keeps all your layers and groups intact for total control over every element.
Adjust keyframes directly on the canvas to craft your motion design frame by frame. Every change updates in real time so you can fine-tune timing and rhythm as you work.

From simple fades to complex morphs, Move gives you professional motion graphics tools that feel intuitive.
Morphing: Transform one shape into another for seamless logo or icon animations.
Pinning: Anchor start and end points for fluid, natural movement.

Real-time keyframing: Every tweak updates automatically on the canvas.
Add images, videos, and audio with full timeline control over music, sound effects, and voiceovers to create rich motion graphics with sound.
ONE INTERFACE FOR DESIGN AND ANIMATION

So far I love using Linearity Move. I combines robust features, ease of use and speed. I also love that it is a downloadable app rather than a SaaS. I don't know how it would be for a total beginner, but if you are any kind of designer and/or have some experience with motion design, this hits the sweet spot for making quick social media ads or any quick and dirty animation that looks professional. And most importantly perhaps it is fun to use.Why only 4 stars? Well its big shortcoming is that you can't import videos. When they integrate that it will be unstoppable.

I Am Learning And I Like It

I downloaded it some time back and had no idea how to use it and I was doing random stuff without aim.Recently ( today, really. ) I began playing around with it and still I have zero idea what I’m doing. Originally I downloaded it to see if it had potential as an artsie app, like for animating scenes with characters and stuff because I hate Alight motion (ads, bugs, crashes, etc.) and I kinda hate ToonSquid because it’s difficult to find tools since they’re kinda scattered everywhere.I hope I can learn how to use this app, I don’t know how to free draw on it yet, I’ll figure it out.
It’s crashing
Dozard87
I was really exited to try this app. Especially since I have Curve and that works fine! And when I open the app, It’s fine! I open a file to start animating, and I add a clip. But after like 7 seconds it just crashes! I’m giving this 4 stars because I’m sure that this app is good, but I need you to figure out what is going on.

The next, best, and easy tool in motion.

I AM A GRAPHIC DESIGNER. That means so many things these days, and one of the things it means to me is I need to upgrade my skills. I’ve always wanted to get more in to motion graphics and logo animations be it for client products or to make my designs more appealing. Move has been an incredibly tool for me to learn a new tool, with one of the shortest learning curves to feeling like you “understand” a tool.
This update includes bug fixes and performance improvements.
