This app makes you watch a ton of ads and spend money to vote for the group of your choice, while promising to award the winning group a promotional ad for support. My group won and instead of using the agreed upon video that was sent for promotion, this app took it upon themselves to alter the video and removed one of the group members. They are promoting the group as a 6 member group when everyone knows there’re 7 members. For the past few weeks, people have spent money voting with the understanding that all 7 members would be promoted! This is false advertisement! You can’t change the video after all the time and money spent on this. Give us all a refund and remove that insulting video!

Honestly I’ve been wanting to write this review for a LONG time. It’s full of low quality ads and the ‘voting’ system is dishonest where paid votes weigh more than normal. It is and has been easy for different fandoms to pay their way to the top. These awards, then, mean nothing if winners are no longer chosen by professional critics and scorers, and just bought by masses of fans. And of course the cherry on top which led me to today: disrespecting winners and participants by intentionally leaving out a member of a group who you have benefited from for so many years is a low blow. We no longer want to support or be part of U-Pick as it is unprofessional and the app itself is horrendous for users, anyway.

This is extremely unfair. I had just reached K level after spending a lot to support my idol, and suddenly my account was signed out. When I tried logging back in, it said my email could not be found.I did not delete my account, yet it now appears to no longer exist. I’ve invested both time and money into this platform and can’t access the account I worked hard for.What’s even more frustrating is that UPICK has not responded to my multiple support requests. Did you delete my account? Why does my email suddenly not exist? I expect an explanation and immediate assistance.

This app literally works like a spam website and will crash every 5 seconds and spring pop ups at you like a virus laden website. Let’s not forget the fact that it encourages unsuspecting individuals to divest large sums of money to “vote” for their celebrity picks. This app also has a history of bullying certain celebrities by removing them everything on the app. I hope the App Store will address this app appropriately and make sure it stops it from deleting all these legitimate reviews about what a terrible app it is. I wish I could give it 0 stars.
