This was our first time visiting Albania and we were worried about how to move around as there was no Uber here, however this app was all we needed and so much more! It works just like Uber or other apps, but also has incredibly nice drivers! Specifically our driver Klodian went above and beyond by not only driving us, but along the way telling us the history of Tirana and the buildings we were passing. This app is truly the best kept secret for traveling to Albania and I wish we had a similar app in the US. Thanks again to this app and all its drivers! We will be back again soon :)

Patoko is the best app to use for Taxis. It’s easy, fast, cheap, and gives you the best experience. It has great drivers, and gives you rewards for everytime u use it, which is great whether you have long-distance rides and use TOKO to have discounts, or when you just need to go home and use TOKO for free rides. Limited drivers even in city center. Drivers can cancel the ride and if you schedule a ride there is no guarantee they will get you a ride at the time you scheduled. Drivers cancel all the time and then new ones may just say the will show up later anyways. Payment system is strange and one of my drivers had a different license plate than the app displayed.
