I like GridSwan and it is really relaxing and fun. The only thing that I see is that it will go out on its own. I noticed that it happens sometimes when it is being played, and I really noticed it when I was scrolling through the titles of the different puzzles that I was looking through to see if I could find one that I liked. I have also noticed that the hint button reduces on its own whenever I work on one of the puzzles and it goes to 0 and gives me a message stating that I could buy more hints or I could start the puzzle again. Other than that I give it about 4 stars but I think if the issue of the app going out less frequently and the hint button reducing on its own would be fixed then I would give it 5 stars.

This is my go to calming game that I don’t feel rushed and I can keep challenging myself. Great simple easy to use. Zooming issues but that doesn’t bother me. I can’t seem to find how to contact help/developer about an issue. I didn’t know I was only allowed a few photo uploads to create a puzzle. I haven’t found an image that works- so I deleted each one after uploading and it counted against me I guess? If I knew this I would have not tried different images with different colors or shading. I didn’t want create one with 50+colors so it was very confusing how to do it and what my expectation was - didn’t let me change the image without creating the puzzle so now I have a picture my daughter made I would like to upload and make into a puzzle but I can’t get that feature back. I’d give this a 5 star as I’ve been playing this app for like 10 years or close to it. I’ve never really explored through it though and wanted to make one so I would like you to only credit off PUBLISHED puzzles and not half made ones. Does that make sense? Also would be totally rad if there was a contact in the help instead of archives Ty!

I absolutely love this game. I play it every day for multiple hours. It helps me unwind without being completely braindead. I also love that it isn’t absolutely flooded with ads. I have however noticed the past couple of weeks that it started to crash very often. I am not sure how to contact the developer but I would love this to be resolved because it makes it hard to play when it crashes every few minutes. Please help.

I love this game!! However, when you zoom in, you can’t move the puzzle around. You can only see the upper left hand corner of the puzzle? I can get it to zoom, but once zoomed in, I can’t move to different areas of the puzzle. so when it is in zoom, I can only ever see the top left hand corner of the puzzle.
