Version 3.4.2 of the ELMS iOS app introduces a number of enhancements aimed at improving the overall user experience. These include enhanced reporting capabilities, improved Authorisation Matrix filtering, greater assessment visibility through pass mark reporting and objectives, and support for Custom Records. Document Management - ELMS introduces a brand-new Document Management module, enabling staff to easily access documents while privileged users manage versions, perform reviews, and keep everything compliant and up to date. Assign Objectives During Assessments - Assessors can now assign Objectives during Competence Assessments, allowing clear goal-setting, structured feedback, and collaborative acknowledgement by the Assessee. This brings performance reviews and learning closer together than ever, supporting staff development, growth and succession planning. Automated Onboarding Tools - Onboard teams efficiently. Superusers can now bulk upload staff in a Draft state, allowing profiles to be prepared, quality reviewed, and activated accurately before full system access. Custom Training Management - Superusers can now add, edit, and remove Custom Training directly within the user profile. Training structures can now be fully tailored to your company’s requirements.
