"Not only did they screw over my brother by selling off his cryptocurrency when he put his money into dogecoin causing him to loose thousands of dollars they also locked my account and won’t verify me, do not use this app unless you enjoy having a huge headache and unnecessary stress that will cause your hair to fall out early, Verification takes an eon to go through and that’s not even guaranteed that you will even get accepted, if they decide the information you send them isn’t sufficient then you will have to go through it again and keep in mind sometimes the waiting process to get verified takes months and they use a third party source to verify you so you don’t know who sees your sensitive information that you provide them such as your social security. Honestly I’m not even surprised that they have 11 major lawsuits currently going o

This app is great and it’s easy to use but Permit me to tell you about The method which you can use to get your lost crypto cause I know not only me fall victim of this , I was in the problem last Month, I got scammed by an investment company and I lost about $92k worth of bitcoin,I tried several methods I found online to get my funds back But it did not work, just a waste of time and energy. Pro has improved. Next nice to see if developers create a way to allow a dollar amount to be invested without specifying exact percent of coin. Ie allow to buy $1000 of Ether at a set limit amount. I want $1000 of Ether when price hits $ 3800 as example. So I do not have to compute what percent will this buy. I have been buying day . 2 ether at say $3900 so I need to be sure it will transact but I could leave some dollars on the table because I need to account for fee.I hope this is clear what I mean. Thank you. I love the platform but I also I would like to look back at a chart that shows price over say 6 months. I go to anothe platform to see this.

After checking out the app, the rates, and the services. Things looked good. I then waited over a week for my approval, got zero responses from customer support, and when 8 days later I finally got approved, I couldn’t buy. “Confirm” button isn’t clickable no matter what I do. I wish they had actual customer support, but it seems this is just a great, feature packed option that is so overwhelmed with a terrible user experience, zero customer serve, and an app that does work.
