360Care helps existing members stay connected with their care team and manage their appointments in one place.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Sign in with a one-time code sent to the phone number or email your care team has on file, with no password to remember
• See the care team members assigned to your account, including your registered dietitian and your health coach
• Review your upcoming and past visits
• Book an available video or phone appointment with a participating care team member, without leaving the app
• Cancel an eligible appointment in a couple of taps
• Open your video visit at the scheduled time through a secure link
• Use the app in English or French, and switch at any time
• Ask us to delete your account from inside the app
WHO IT IS FOR
360Care is for people already enrolled with a participating 360Care program. There is no public sign-up: you sign in with the contact details your care team already has for you. The care team members, appointment types and available times you see depend on your own account and on provider availability.
ABOUT THIS APP
360Care supports the coordination of your care. It does not provide emergency services and is not a substitute for professional advice, diagnosis or treatment. If you have a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services.
This update fixes the problems members reported most.
Staying signed in
You are no longer asked for a verification code every time you open the app.
Booking with a phone number
If you sign in with a phone number, you can complete a booking again. Picking a time and confirming it now works the same way it does when you sign in with an email address.
Signing in
Your one-time code fills in completely when your phone offers it, instead of only the last digit. The app also remembers whether you used a phone number or an email address last time.
Appointments
The home screen no longer offers times we cannot confirm, so a time you see is a time you can book.
Help
Help and support now reaches a person who can help, instead of an insurance benefits page.
Smaller screens
Page titles in Settings are no longer cut off on smaller phones.
Face ID and device biometrics are not in this version while we rebuild that feature properly. Signing in with a one-time code is unchanged.
