I love this game so much, it seems to be well tuned and I love the way it gives you the option to work toward special items in such a unique way. The characters are so cute and the story is interesting.The only complaint I have is that I’ve gotten to a point in the game where I need a new generator for an item to complete an order. The game shows it coming from a specific type of chest, but I can’t find how to get it. Was this put in too early? Is it something I’ll get later? I’m stuck with no way to clear that quest and work on one I can complete.

My problem with in game purchases

I’ve been playing this game for awhile now and I always like the “boost” part where you can upgrade the game by getting the next item level item. I’m on day 16 on this game and decided to make a pop up purchase and it took the fun out of the game. No more Boost abilities no more no watching adds for more items all the adds were taken away and I don’t mind watching the adds to have an easier time leveling up. All the fun was taken out of the game when I made a purchase. Making a purchase is supposed to make the game better not worse. I also made sure that when I purchased the pop up pack for $5.99 that it didn’t say anything about adds being removed. I like the pop up adds because when you run out of energy it keeps the game going.

When you make an in-app purchase, the game puts a 2-day pause on all rewarded videos. After these 2 days, all rewarded video features will be back.

I bought the “Beginner package w/ No Ads” bc it was so frequent. I don’t think I’ll play if I had not purchase no ads.With that package, I received the infinite energy boost for an hour (+ a few hundred of gems) and thought I’d be able to get far with the progress. Oh boy was I wrong. This game is extremely slow because they’re having you max out the stuff starting on like day 4 and that’s literally just the beginning of the game. It might take the whole day to complete the maxed out order which is necessary to get to the next day. You need coins for certain parts in a single day. The maxed out orders give out roughly 100 coins but that’s not enough to complete a single day. However, it’s required to complete. I wouldn’t find this unreasonable if this was like day 8-9 where progress would obviously slow down and harder to merge items. I’m only 2 days in and I have spent an entire day trying to complete a maxed out order and still struggling to get to the final stage of an item (usually requires 2 maxed out items in one order). I can’t imagine how hard it would get later on as I progress. Overall, if you enjoy extremely slow progress + ads, sure. There are other merging games that are way more rewarding (w no forced ads)

I’ve probably played almost every merge match 2 style game that’s been released… this one has a cute storyline, and I love the graphics. Its unique considering it’s not just another home renovation or food prep style merge game. However, when I was met with intrusive ads, I immediately deleted the game. There are so many other ways to get people to watch ads, including offering rewards/giving the option to. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars on merge games and I would’ve bought packs in this game had it not been that I have to pay to go ad-free. With all of the thousands of merge games out there that you can play for free without being forced to watch ads… instantly put a bad taste in my mouth for this game. Its a shame too because this one might’ve been one of the good ones.
