Late delivery & price changing

The price was too far from Taobao, yet I still had to pay for the fees and delivery to my city. I chose by truck, and it took a month to arrive. But this time it was my third order and there were unacceptable issues that I had already paid for my order, but the next day there was a price change and the price was over price by the local store, not including the delivery. So do I have to waste my time waiting for the overpriced product while I can get it from the local store? Since I can’t cancel it. Then what's the point of this app, to exploit customers? This will be my last time.😊

I ordered a fishing rod from China, an expensive one, the package has never arrived and the company only simply replied they could not find it and only refund based on delivery fee. This to me a worst policy ever. Things should had been better.
