Minor drill bug fixes: messages, don't allow blackjack on deal, soft drill alone allowing pairs

Several UI improvements, especially for iPad. Updated and new tutorials in progress. They will become available automatically, without additional app upgrades.

Preference added to split 4's against dealer 5 or 6. Defaults to ON (different from previous builds).

Minor bug fixes + associated domain for universal link

Bug fix: When drilling on Pairs Only+Soft Hands+No Blackjacks on Deal, if player received 10,J,Q, or K, they would sometimes get a Hard Hand, rather than a pair (can't get a blackjack).

Added gestures: Drag up, down, right, or left in message area: Down: If new hand, deal cards; otherwise hit Right: Stand Left: Double Up: Split

1. Various bug fixes. 2. Card count continues while drilling 3. Default changed to no surrender allowed 4. Surrender button disabled with 3 or more cards in hand 5. Shuffle on Control page resets count

Fixed two bugs: 1) Surrender disabled if a different play selected but surrender is proper play 2) Dealer card revealed after busting first split hand

Unbalanced (2-7, 10-A, start point varies by deck count) card count. Shuffle anytime, or see progress against shuffle point.
