定位和城市选择，再次再次优化版本。
选择多城市后短时间内第二次进入APP显示缓存数据的问题修复。
天气底部图标更换3D图形，增加雨天阴天多云天气背景，老版本曾经有的背景，不知道什么时候改丢了，现在加回来了。主页不再单调了。
小范围的定位不准确是不影响天气数据的，而且精准定位的天气变化很快，容易造成误差。建议还是优先以城市天气为参考。
这个版本依然采用进入先选择城市或定位，这样体验会好很多（对没有定位权限或者未开启网络的人）反馈天气数据传图提示权限问题修复。
