Let me just say, the is game is exactly what I am looking for. It’s very similar to one of the other games I play now which is nice because I wanted to expand my gameplay to other creators without losing the style of how to play. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because unlike the other game, even though we have taken the time to customize our character, as the story plays out certain scene, it changes back to the writers view of our character and how they should look instead of the character we chose. It’s distracting and to me half done. If we are going to get the choice to customize our characters it should stay consistent throughout gameplay. Other than that, I love it! I hope the creators listen to us as the customer and make these changes. I will give it time because I know it takes time, if it doesn’t change it may reconsider staying with the game. However for now it checks off all the rest of my boxes and it’s make it worth it to be patient! Great job for all of the hard work you have put into the game thus far!!

Great stories and support team, but a bit pricey

I’ve really enjoyed the stories so far! The premium choices are reasonably priced with a variety of ways to acquire them without paying. I experienced a bug when I started the 3-day free trial for the VIP subscription and reached out to the support team about it. They were very responsive and gave me a free in-game currency bonus for the inconvenience. That being said, the VIP subscription plans are pricier compared to other similar games.

The best customer service

I had updated the app and for some reason it would not load past like 50% but I messaged the team and they helped me sort everything out. Until I lost a bunch of gems I had been saving up and after we finally got the app working again they even sent me more gems then why I originally had that I lost and even made sure I got them on my account. They worked with me over a couple of days and this is by far the best experience with customer service I have ever had. Could not recommend this app enough.

Unplayable and No Response From Customer Support

I really enjoy this game when it actually works, but my experience lately has been extremely frustrating. My game has been stuck loading at 52.5% for over a week, making it completely unplayable. I have already sent two emails to customer support and have received no response at all.To make matters worse, I paid for the premium membership and haven’t been able to use the game I’m paying for. I’ve tried all the recommended troubleshooting steps on my end, but nothing has fixed the issue.A game is only as good as its customer support, and being ignored after paying for a subscription is unacceptable. I hope the developers address both the loading issue and improve their response time to customers.
