Refreshed Design Enjoy a more modern interface for a cleaner and more intuitive user experience. Video Calling Video calling is now fully supported across the entire MobeX suite. Start a video call directly from the dial pad or connect with colleagues via the user presence screen. A new video icon will appear on the presence screen when a user is on a video call, making it easy to see when someone is unavailable. Enhanced Call History The Call History tab now includes an info icon that displays additional call details. You can also delete specific calls using the new call history removal option. Cloud Phonebook Management Create and edit Cloud Phonebook entries directly within the app, with updates automatically syncing to the Global Cloud Phonebook. Customised Board View Access a tailored board view to see all colleagues or filter by specific departments. Favourites Tab A new Favourites tab has been added. Simply star a contact in your Cloud Contacts to add them to your favourites for quick and easy access. Dedicated Speed Dials Tab Speed Dials now has its own dedicated tab within the navigation menu. Previously accessed via a dropdown, it’s now prominently displayed for faster access.
