Now I’m not gonna name, names. But when it comes to discounters and even other vendors/sellers on other platforms there’s always a question of authenticity. I’ve bought different fragrances on sale and off sale from Jomashop and I can tell you they’ve all smelled the same as in store. Now I have a few that I got elsewhere, a platform where there’s free one day shipping and let me tell you they don’t really vet there sellers cause I’ve gotten some that were clearly not what they were supposed to be. So believe me or not but when it comes to what products Jomashop has listed feel confided and comfortable buying from them ✌️✌️

This is a review for the app and not the Jomashop as a retailer. This is one of my favorite places to shop, and I am absolutely in love with the Breitling that I acquired earlier this year. I’ve bought a few things since and it’s alway been a seamless shopping experience for premium goods at unbeatable prices.That said, their app is unbelievably buggy. I can name a few bugs, but the one that stands out above all and truly breaks the shopping experience is the main component where the products are displayed. The pagination is absolutely horrendous. When you tap the “Load More” button to get the next batch of products, users do get a new batch rendered to the screen. However, the freshly loaded products will load the items at the top of the list instead of the bottom. It will also land you on the last 4 items of the new batch. This means you have to scroll all the way to the top just to see what loaded. When you finish browsing that batch you are then forced to scroll through the long list of already-seen products from previous batches, sometimes another few pages of empty space, and only then can you get to the “Load More” button and get the next batch. Now you have to repeat the pain and scroll back up. It’s truly a jarring, frustrating experience and how they have allowed this bug to continue for several months is beyond me. I am 100% sure that this is hurting their bottom line. I can guarantee you that many customers are unaware that there are 50 products to view above where they are landing. I can also guarantee you that many people, like myself, sometimes decide after a couple batches that this isn’t worth the effort and turn to a competitor with a functional shopping experience.I work as an app developer, and if a bug like this shipped to the App Store we would fix it within the day. Meanwhile Jomashop is fine with this existing for months.

I am incredibly dissatisfied with my recent experience and the total lack of resolution from customer service. I ordered cologne on June 3, and it is still sitting at "awaiting shipment." When I called to follow up, I was told the vendor hadn't sent the item yet and that it would take another two weeks.Here is the kicker: while Joma claims they don't have the stock to fulfill an order placed weeks ago, you can go on their website right now, add the exact same cologne to your cart, select rush shipping, and receive it by June 23.It is completely unacceptable to hold a customer's money for nearly a month, lie about vendor delays, and prioritize new rush orders over backlogged customers who have already paid. This level of dishonesty and poor logistics is exactly how you lose business permanently. I will never buy from Joma again. And I’ll be putting this review everywhere I can think of until this issue is resolved.

I don’t typically write reviews. Jomashop has become my #1 store for fragrances. They are fast for shipping, my products have never gotten to me damaged, & they’re 100% authentic. The app is great. I haven’t had any issues with it (which is rare these days) and the inventory stays up to date. If you’re going to purchase from Jomashop use the app. It gives you Jomacash (only on the app) that you can use towards future purchases. Who gives you a great price AND rewards? Jomashop. I have ZERO affiliation with them other than being a customer (haven’t gotten any gifts, perks, etc for this review).
