I wish I could give negative stars do not ever give your money to this fake app. I’ve contacted Zillow, BBB; the FTC, Attorney General’s, DBPR, the police, lawyers, etc. And finally got my refund back over three months later where their term stayed up to 30 days. I contacted them nearly every day without ever getting a hold of anyone at the company, they lied to the BBB twice saying it was sent and then fell silent to them too. It was a complete nightmare. I lost hundreds of dollars I would’ve otherwise accrued in interest. Artin Afsharjavan is a skim artist. I feel sorry for the people who don’t have the time to harass them like I had to stay far far away. They also made sure to include a class action waiver in their terms otherwise they would have been shut down own long long ago.

Refund Trouble

Today I made a deposit for online foreclosure auction as instructed in the Zillow listing to place bids using Federa. The online auction was scheduled for tomorrow Volusia County FL, and later in the day cancelled. I requested a my deposit refund the only way their website allows communication through their Chat and told me I could not receive a refund and only for top off transactions. I never made a top off, only a deposit to make bids. This company appears to be scamming folks and Zillow should never use, nor should the App be allowed in the Apple Store as it appears they do not meet all the support guidelines required. I only read the other poor reviews after having an issue with my refund request and trusted the Zillow instructions.

They are scammers I put in a $2,000 deposit a while back and when I request for it back they are giving me the run around I tried to get it back in APRIL And was told to wait up to 30 days it is now AUGUST AND I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED IT!! I’ve called multiple times I usually don’t get an answer I use the chat through the app and I am being told the same thing to wait my refund is pending I should not have to wait 5-6 months for my deposit , then when I tried to dispute with my card they rented my account because the merchant said they are in the process of paying back my refund but still have yet to give me my $2,000. Do no use this app stay clear of it.

We requested a refund after not winning an auction in January 2026. Over 5months later, refund is still pending. We’ve been told everything: “wire sent,” “trace requested,” “1–2 days,” and now “technical issues.” Meanwhile, the refund still shows as “Pending Approval.”Federa also repeatedly claims the funds are held in a segregated escrow account but has failed to provide proof despite multiple requests.At this point, the lack of transparency and constant delays are extremely concerning. I would strongly advise caution before sending funds through this platform.
