When I’ve tried it for the first time I really though this app was going to be great until didn’t really mind paying the biweekly fee until I I tried to get another advance for the second time is when I started to run into issues and run into snags and I wasn’t able to anything on this app since then. I tried to reach out to there support service to get for help and support to get my account back running again but unfortunately they couldn’t cause my bank account was being used in another account witch is weird cause I’ve never open another account but the one I had. I've tried reaching out to the customer support multiple times already and so far till day I haven't receive any responds back. I honestly dont know what to think now but I'm pretty sure they are sharing our personal and our bank information from the bank that e link into here cause of what I know is only 1 account I have opened here not 2 so not sure why they are saying that my bank accounts was used in another account and that Concerns me a lot honestly. I just hope you take our fees backs in consideration cause I would like to express my disappointment from your unsatisfactory level of your Customer support Service you guys provide us with and The lack to follow through. It’s unbelievable honestly I don't believe you guys should be advertising Customers support service emails if you ain't going yo have people there monitoring them and helping us.

This app has been pretty helpful in a crunch, but recently I’ve run into an issue with it when requesting funds. Nothing about my connected bank account has changed, my income hasn’t changed, I’ve been paying my membership fee, and I’ve paid every single one of my bag cash repayments back on time. However, I’m still getting an error message about hitting a “snag” when trying to request a new one. So now not only am I paying membership fees for a service I can’t even access, but I also can’t get any help from support. I’ve emailed them multiple times about this issue over the past month and have yet to receive a reply that isn’t automated. I reply to the automated email asking for further assistance from a representative, just like it says to do, and no one responds. I’m not going to continue paying them for nothing. Support from a human is all but nonexistent so just beware. Oh and even though they advertise that you’ll have access to a higher base amount if you pay the membership fee, I haven’t been offered more than the $20 that the free version gets you. And that’s after paying it back multiple times over. It hasn’t gone up once. So what am I even paying them for in the first place?

Hate to have to do this, tried to resolve my issues 4 different times by messaging the support email that they have listed on the settings tab of the app but haven’t gotten any replies besides an auto reply saying “if this didn’t address your concern, please reply to this message”, only to receive the same message when you reply. They have been charging me a membership fee for the past 3 months without giving me the option to take a cash advance. All my payments are current, and balance is currently at 0. Still nothing being offered, and when I try to cancel my membership, it says we will review this cancellation request. But is it ever actually reviewed or have I ever been reached out to? Nope! Too bad 1 star is the lowest you can go, I’d love to give you the 0 star rating you deserve. Don’t waste your time trying to look good for the rest of the people reading reviews by apologizing and saying how you value me and want to correct this. Just cancel my membership and refund the 3 months of membership fees I’ve paid for no reason. Thank you!As you can see they replied saying the exact same thing. So when I email the account they provided in the reply. The reply to the email will say the same thing. This should be illegal.
