Great liquid intake tracker!

I just started using this app and I like it. However, I’m still trying to figure out how to edit entries and stop the request for rating/feedback from popping up every single time you try to make an entry. It’s annoying!

Developer Response
Hi, thank you for the kind review, and we're sorry the rating pop-up got in your way. It's fixed: the app no longer asks after each entry, and only asks occasionally on a day you reach your goal. Editing is easier too: in version 2.1.0 you can edit or delete any drink right from History. If anything else could work better, tell us from Settings > Feedback. Thanks for tracking with Water Now!

Doesn’t work, don’t download

I see no reviews less than 1 year old. I downloaded as part of introductory offer, but there was no registration. Settings wouldn’t open. Everything is in ml, though my mugs are listed in ounces. Even doing the conversion, the app doesn’t show the capacities of my mugs. It just keeps adding when I’m trying to figure out the app. There is no way to reset the app and quantities. It can show me drinking gallons when I am doing ounces. This is the most frustrating and upsetting app I ever tried. I’m upset that I will be charged $20 for an app that doesn’t work and was supposed to be free for one day special offer. There is no way to reach the developer besides giving the lowest grade possible and letting others know of these issues.

Hi, it's been over a year since you tried Water Now, and we've never forgotten your detailed review. We're truly sorry your first experience was so frustrating. The problems you described were real, and we worked through each one.Settings opens normally, and the whole app can switch to ounces. In version 2.1.0 ounce amounts add up correctly, History shows the right unit, a drink is only added when you tap to log it, and any entry can be edited or deleted. If you were charged and don't wish to keep the app, you can request a refund from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.Water Now is still in your App Store purchases, so you can download it again anytime. This time the ounces add up, and we would be deeply grateful to welcome you back. You can now reach us directly from Settings > Feedback, and we'd truly love to hear your thoughts. Thank you for helping us make the app better.

Good App

It shows up in my task bar and overwrites the app I'm working with. I have to click on both to get rid of them which lists as if I've drunk more water than am. Sometimes clicking on the task bar it still doesn't go away until I click on it a second time which presents as a 3rd drink water. Way too much time and effort to remove these reminders.

Hi, we're really sorry the reminders got in your way and added drinks you didn't have. That's fixed: in version 2.1.0 a drink is only logged when you deliberately tap to log it, you can log straight from the reminder notification, and any wrong entry can be deleted in History.Thank you for the 5 stars despite the trouble. If anything still feels like too much effort, tell us from Settings > Feedback.
