Time Warp Scan - Blue Line is an app which allows you to create incredible photos and videos with 3 radically different sections with photo and video effects.
Main effect works by freezing the image on the screen incrementally as a blue line moves down, or across the screen. Blue line moves across the screen, it cements the image in place, opening up the playing field for interesting distortions or even creating double images.

Use this app and take part in challenges with your friends:
Mirror double.
One use of the effect creates a mirror double that doesn't match the image of the person themselves. All you need to do is frame the shot so you catch both yourself and the mirror, and then change your facial expression, pose, or even shirt in the time before the blue line crosses over your reflection.
Thin and wavy eyebrows.
Use the effect to make it appear as if you have thin eyebrows. First, allow the line to scan the top of your eyebrows, then quickly raise and lower them so the line only catches a thin portion of them.
Wavy - use the horizontal scan and move your eyebrows up and down as the line crosses over them.
Floating illusions.
One use of the effect puts it to work creating visual illusions that make it appear as if objects are floating without anyone holding them. To make it work, hold an object with the hand that's not being scanned — if you can switch your grip quickly enough, you can make it appear as if the object is floating.
Flying hand.
Raise your hand up. When the blue line is at the wrist, quickly lower it and hide it in the sleeve.
Fails.
While many of the tricks and trends seem simple, they can be deceptively hard. The failed results are just as, if not more, entertaining as the original illusions. Share it.

The app has a lot of cool effects and is fun at warping pics but when I am doing funny videos I want some music for the background and there isn't that many options available of what you can do. All in all the app is fun but could be better like snapchat but with no communication to other users and with no watching other peoples videos. Just fun faces and music and more options would make the app way more runner and enjoyable for other kids and grown ups. And I think it would be nice if for the members or what ever they are don't get only the really enjoyable ones. Just please read this and think hard about what these changes can do for the app to be fun for everyone not just members or what ever those type of people are.

I download this about a year ago, I deleted to a few months later and I re downloaded it. When I got into the home screen, it now has paying to to play? You can't even exit out it and you just Have to pay. Please change this. I have seen a lot of reviews saying the same thing and all you just say is to contact you and your team members? You don't even say anything about the problem and you guys say you're trying to make it better but you guys did absolutely nothing. Not recommend this app.

I just got this because I thought it’d just be saw always like videos of people doing it and I just kind of wanted to try it but without going somewhere where I have to post on social media so I got this app and it was very good but it did this weird thing when I tried to do the filter again and it wouldn’t let me do it because it kept giving me the sign when I clicked the button to like do it it wants me to pay monthly for it and I understand that but it’s like pay monthly for no answer and a lot things, but I don’t wanna do that so I clicked the X in the corner and it canceled that screen and then clicked it again and it just kept doing it and it made me so angry so unfortunately, I ended up deleting it feel like I had the potential and I understand this is probably just marketing but still

I got this app a few months ago. I love this app because I can make funny pictures. There are so many good options on what to do. Whether you are making a video or making a picture. The only this I don’t like all that much is how if you wanted to take a picture with a background it takes forever for the blue line to reach the bottom and most of the good backgrounds you need money for. Please make it so the blue line doesn’t take forever to reach the bottom and for the backgrounds not needing money for it. Thank you, Ari
